YII-A系列双滚筒槽式变频调速熨平机
☆YII-A系列槽式加热熨平机为本公司熨烫整理设备的拳头产品。历经二十多年的创新和改进，产品已达到甚至超越国内先进水平，功能完善、结构紧凑、熨烫效果好。
☆采用不锈钢弹簧、进口钢丝棉、耐高温棉毡组合成三层柔性紧贴压烫滚筒的弹性层，保证熨烫时滚筒与布草全平面接触而非多点接触，并可根据不同类型布草自动调节压紧力，确保熨烫效果。
☆精密测算的保温加热槽，降低作业时的能量散失，完美配合滚筒弧度，保证布草与加热槽获得充分的接触，提高热能利用率。
☆机体采用紧凑型钢体结构，坚实稳固，占地面积小、造型美观。
☆压烫滚筒及加热槽自动分离保护设计，能在意外断电或停机时，升起滚筒，防止损坏熨毡。

YI-B/YII-B Series Single/Double-Roller Ironing Machine (Trough Heating)
○YI-B and YII-B Series of Trough Heating Ironing Machine are the knockout products of our ironing equipment. This series production costs over 20 years’ innovation and improvement, it has complete functions, compact structures, and good ironing effects.
○Three layers flexible construction (stainless steel springs, imported steel wool, and high-temperature cotton felt) constitute an elastic layer that are tightly pressed to the ironing roller; it can guarantee that the roller has complete area contact instead of multipoint contact with the fabrics; pressing force can be automatically regulated according to different types of fabrics to ensure ironing effect.
○Heating trough is designed base on precisely calculated which can perfectly match the radian of the roller to ensure complete area contact between fabrics and the heating trough. It has heat preservation layer which can reduce the energy loss in operating.
○Compact steel structure is adopted for the machine body, which makes the machine sturdy, longer service life, occupy less space and good shape.
○Ironing roller and heating tough automatically separate protective mechanism can lift the roller when the machine is shut off or incident power failure occurs to prevent the ironing felt from damage.
○Low inclination angle feed platform and automatic anti-clamp safety device can ensure ironing operation safety and efficiently.
○Stepless speed regulation can be achieved by frequency conversion transmission structure easily; it can satisfy the ironing requirement for different fabrics. The machine operates stably with low noise.
○Highly efficient, completely-closed dynamic air humidity removing system can ensure dryness of the tough. It can increase ironing effect.
